Building Approval
- The person who applied for a development application is called the applicant
- Application for approval is then completed
- Supporting documents must be included
- The application is then submitted to the Local Council building certifier or a private building certifier
Private certifier
A Private Certifier is

i. There are two categories of Private certifier

iii. Class B whose license does not have a Development approval endorsement.
